It was founded in April 2005 upon obtaining a special license for providing postal service in Ulaanbaatar from the Communication Regulatory Committee.

Main goals of the company are to provide a series of works to implement long and medium term objectives in compliance with the master plan for the development of the Mongolian postal sector and to introduce new products and services with high demands at the market.
